A Chef at the City Hall - charity dinners
From 10-17 February Eight dinners and a lunch for 16 people. Proceeds will be donated to charity.
This unique experience is being held in Courmayeur ’s most important building, the Council Chamber at City Hall, and will host Australian chef Dave Pynt and his unmistakable line of culinary specialties. His barbecue restaurant Burnt Ends in Singapore is one of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and Pynt is also winner of the Chef’s Choice Award.
Dave discovered his passion for cooking and barbecuing in his native city, Perth Australia.
After having worked in Australia for six years, first at Amusé and later at Tetsuya, Dave left everything and everyone behind to set off and explore the world. Some of the most important experiences include Noma in Copenhagen, Asador Etxebarri in the Spanish Basque and St John Bread and Wine in London which Pynt himself claims were essential to the development of his current cuisine.
Dave offers a balanced menu at his Burnt Ends restaurant in Singapore based mainly upon foods cooked on the barbecue and in wood ovens.
Love for food and a magical atmosphere are the ingredients of this charity event that is supporting the Dynamo Camp Association this year.
