Another pearl dedicated to those who love to experience curves and bends in large quantity. From the bottom of the valley to the Pila basin – racetrack of the legendary “Aosta-Pila” hillclimb — then down into the plain and over again, ending at Cogne. Rest a little here in the country to enjoy the charm of this truly distinctive location and perhaps taste the local specialties in a typical restaurant, before proceeding and discover the beauty of the upper valley. The choice is yours: If you enter the deep valley on the left you arrive at Lillaz where you can leave the bike and in four paces arrive at the famous waterfalls; follow the deep valley to the right instead, and arrive at Valnontey, enchanting hamlet at the feet of the Gran Paradiso, where Paradisia awaits, the famous botanical garden that houses over 1,500 species of alpine and mountain plants from all over the world.
