In the Aosta Valley, wellness derives, first and foremost, from the pleasure of a warm welcome in a hospitable land, the quality of its genuine food and the beauty of its landscapes, a veritable invitation to relax and to sit back and reflect. The outstanding natural surroundings that form a splendid backdrop to the area’s marvellous artistic heritage are an ideal environment in which to enjoy walks, play some great outdoor sports and take on board a healthier lifestyle.

And there are some places that offer visitors truly special experiences — such as the chance to bathe, in the depths of winter, in the warm spa waters in the sight of Mont Blanc — and focus on providing guests with the chance to do nothing but relax. All these experiences, in addition to other services (fitness and meeting rooms), can be found in the spacious and equipped Monterosaterme wellness centre in Champoluc - Ayas Valley - where huge windows offer calming views to those preparing to be pampered in all kinds of ways.

There are other wellness centres usually belonging to hotels and though open to the public and others which are part of public fitness facilities, frequently swimming pools.
