Discover the mountains without effort, enjoy watching the summer skiing on the eternal snows of Plateau Rosà and admire the sunset over Cervino… this is the programme of this refuge-restaurant situated where the Plateau Rosà cableway sets down.

Châtillon - Saint-Vincent motorway exit. Having reached the stop sign, turn right and, after a few hundred metres, just before the centre of Saint-Vincent, take the turn off on the right (signs for Cervinia) which, via the underpass, takes you onto strada statale (main road) 26 so that you can head towards Châtillon again. Follow the strada statale (main road) for approximately one km until you reach the roundabout on the right of which you will find the regional road for Cervinia. Carry on along it for 28 km going past the towns of Antey-Saint-André, Valtournenche and, after several bends, you will come across a tunnel on the other side of which the valley widens and where, after a short distance, you will find the characteristic Lago Blu (Blue Lake). Carrying along further you will reach a tunnel, as you go into the town, and then Breuil Cervinia town centre.
Having reached Cervinia, gone beyond the tunnel as you go into the town, carry on along the regional road until you reach the parish church and then turn right and shortly after you will reach the start of the Plateau Rosa ski lifts and then the refuge which is close to the upper Plateau Rosa resort, or can be reached on foot, 4hrs 40min from Cervinia.
