The hotel was completely renovated and reopened in 1998 and is situated near the skiing pistes in a quiet position with a view over the Rutor glacier.

Exit the motorway at Morgex. At the traffic lights turn left and drive along the state road in the direction of Courmayeur. Once you arrive in Pré-Saint-Didier turn left and after 9 kilometres you will reach the centre of La Thuile.
Drive straight ahead in the direction of Piccolo San Bernardo and pass the Alpine Military School Barracks (Caserma della Scuola Militare Alpina). The hotel is slightly ahead, before the bend, on the left.
