Coro misto Les Votorneins

It was born in 1983, collecting the heritage of the male chorus. Made up of about 20 members, it varies its repertoire from folk songs to polyphonic singing, from chants in the dialect of the Valley of Aosta to songs in French, also touching some English songs. It has been taking part in the show organized by the Councillorship for Public Education of the Autonomous Region of the Valley of Aosta. It is twinned with several Italian Choirs such as El Vajo and La Rupe choirs. Since 1983, after the teachings of Master Matteucci, it has been directed by Mistress Claudia Vallet, former organist of Sant‘Antonio parish Church in Valtournenche and from April 2007 there is again the direction of Master Matteucci.
