The Villair playground has a flooring composed of a mix of bark and rubber casting, in various shades of green that reflect the colors of the surrounding environment, while the play area has been divided into two zones, one dedicated to children (from +1 to 8 years) and the other dedicated to older people (from 8 years).

Among the games include Supernova, Rock-it and Starsurfer: three multifunctional structures to increase balance and coordination while having fun, suitable for individual and/or group play. Children can have fun with the structures, always multifunctional, themed animals and flowers. Finally, a large space is dedicated to swings for various age groups.

The Kompan branded games (provided by the company Playground dealership Piemonte Valle d'Aosta) are inclusive, made of steel and plastics largely recycled.

Accessibility

As a result of the mapping carried out in 2023 as part of the "Lo sci per tutte le abilità" (Skiing for everyone) project, the following was found:

• the access to the playground is located via the Villair municipal road.
• the horizontal path follows the natural slope of the ground in the first stretch and then turn right (going up) reducing the slope of the path while still remaining beyond the limits provided.
• the horizontal paths within the play area comply with the prescribed gradients. 

Public playground for children aged 1 to 6 years old,  located in the green area of Via Marconi, in the historic center of Courmayeur.

In the upper part there is an installation with a multisport cage. In the adjacent part there is a 4.5m tube slide, fun Boa seats in recycled plastic, a baby swing, a smart solar panel bench with integrated charging system. Free access.

• do not throw garbage on the ground
• don't spoil the games
• adopt civilized behavior, in language and in actions

Skyway Monte Bianco is more than just a cable car: it’s an experience. Even the youngest visitors can enjoy the journey, discover its secrets, and appreciate the surrounding Alpine nature.

During the ascent from Courmayeur to Punta Helbronner, the highest point in Italy, young explorers can stop at the intermediate station of Pavillon at 2,173 metres to:

• have fun on the small climbing wall and feel the thrill of great mountaineers scaling the peaks of Mont Blanc
• play on the pond with the raft, especially when the temperatures are warmer in July and August
• admire the sculptures of wild animals created by the Valdostan sculptor Siro Vierin
• observe the flora of the Saussurea Botanical Garden, with around 900 species of flowers and plants blooming throughout the summer.

Fun continues in the “Marmot Den,” an underground play-and-learn trail inspired by the world of marmots, where children and adults can explore tunnels, secret passages, and hidden spaces as if inside a real burrow. Here they discover the rhythms, habits, hibernation, and seasonal cycle of this Alpine animal. “The Den” is also a space for movement and imagination, where you can climb, crawl, hide, and pop out from a transparent window in the meadow to observe the mountain from the marmots’ point of view.

The adventure reaches its peak at the Punta Helbronner station at 3,466 meters: standing on the highest point in Italy to admire Mont Blanc and the surrounding mountains.

All children, from 0 to 7 years, are entitled to a free ticket, if combined with the purchase of an adult ticket. There are also discounts for children up to 17 years and for families.

Free accessThe Doues playground is located downstream of the town and it is possible to carry out various recreational and sporting activities, thanks to its proximity to the functional sports centre. The playground has 4 swings, a tower with slide and ladder, a combined structure with mobile-gym-slide passage, spring games, a sandpit and a table tennis table.In addition to the playground, the sports center (where you can rent equipment to play table tennis and mini golf) offers the following services:five-a-side football on a synthetic surface;synthetic surface tennis;volleyball on a natural grass surface;palet and petanque on clay courts;football on a grass surface;minigolf with eight fiberglass lanes.The playground is open all year round, also usable in winter depending on snowfall.Children must be accompanied.The sports center and playground area is accessible to all people with disabilities.
