Jocallaz Mirco Carpentry - Furniture
This craftsman studied at the Salesian institute and then decided to set up on his own in 1981.
The Jocallaz studio mainly produces furniture for interiors (furniture, railings, stairways….). He has no particular preferences as far as raw materials are concerned; he generally uses mostly wood from Valle d’Aosta such as walnut, larch fir and chestnut.
This craftsman is part of the “Chemin des Artisans”, an itinerary that stops off in the studios of Valle d’Aosta’s craftsmen and who open their doors to the public. It is a route that will take you in search of the fascinating world of craft work: the savoir faire, creative thinking, the working techniques and materials used. All the productive categories in Valle d’Aosta’s craft work panorama can be found on this itinerary: furniture, sculptures, farming equipment, household goods, etc. Phone in advance to book a visit to the studio.
