The restaurant of the Hotel Cialvrina offers international and local dishes, with the possibility, on request, to get customized menus (vegan, food allergies…), to taste in a unique atmosphere: even outside in the terrace in summer. The chefs are very careful in the selection of raw materials, favouring, when possible, local ones, and they prepare homemade pasta, bread and focacce. A wide choice of wines from Aosta Valley and a selection from Italian ones are available.
In winter, the restaurant can be reached on skis or with the snowmobile, upon reservation.
