Opening time and fees

The fee is € 100,00 for each team and it includes

organisation of the event
safety and assistance during the competition
1 race pack (guaranteed only for the first 175 teams that enrol themselves)
refreshments upon arrival and dinner at the end of the meal

You may register at the www.visitmonterosa.com* website by filling in the on-line registration form, paying by c/c. Online registration will close at 6pm on Thursday 3 March 2022.
You may also register on the day of the race at the multi-purpose hall in Edelboden (Gressoney-La-Trinité), with a surcharge of 20,00 € per team. If the online registration has not been completed, you may do so on the day of the race, by paying an extra € 10,00 per team.

Programme

THURSDAY 3 MARCH 2022 6 pm
Online registrations are closed. You may register on the day of the race at the multi-purpose hall in Gressoney-La-Trinitè at Edelboden.

FRIDAY 4 MARCH 2022
Last chance for registered teams to complete their enrolment by paying the fee or submitting a health certificate.
From 2 to 7 pm
Confirmation of registrations and collection of race-bibs, microchips and race packs at the multipurpose hall in Edelboden.

4.45 pm
Technical briefing at the multipurpose hall in Edelboden. The race management will confirm any variation in time/route, the environmental conditions, the state of the race track and information on compulsory gear.

5.15 pm
Opening of the racing line at the arrival spot of the Jolanda slope (Gressoney-La-Trinité)

From 5.30 to 5.45 pm
Check transceivers and microchips in front of the Edelboden ticket office (starting place of the Punta Jolanda chairlift – race start/arrival)
6 pm
START OF THE XI MONTEROSA SKIALP

8.45 pm
Foreseen arrival of the first teams at Gressoney-La-Trinité in Edelboden (arrival of the Jolanda slope)

From 9 pm to midnight
Dinner will be served within this time frame at the multipurpose hall in Edelboden
The awards will be given during the meal.

The night competition of ski mountaineering Monterosa Ski Alp takes place on the pistes of the ski resort Monterosa Ski between the Ayas-Valley and the Gressoney-Valley.

2022 edition:

Start/finish in Gressoney-La-Trinitè (Punta Jolanda chair lift).
Competition in the classical tecnique for teams of two skiers each.
Difference in height: 2.800 metres. Length: 30 kilometres.
The award ceremony takes place during the dinner in the multipurpose hall in Edelboden (Gressoney-La-Trinité)
