Traditional appointment is the one with the Holy Mass on Christmas Eve and the living nativity scenes interpreted by the people of the valley with great emotional participation.

In La Salle and Morgex a real traveling Christmas theater performance is held which includes the first act in Morgex after the 7pm Mass and refreshments offered by the Pro Loco and the second act in La Salle at 9pm before the Holy Mass creating a continuity between the two neighboring towns and the parishes.

 After the mass sung by the choir of La Salle and by the little singers ending with the magical Pastorala, Christmas carol in the Aosta Valley dialect, meet in front of the church for the exchange of wishes with sweets and drinks including the famous “vin brûlé” (hot wine flavored with cloves).
