The traditional “Rappelein lo Ten que passe” festival is held in August: a themed evening dedicated to re-enacting ancient trades, accompanied by a Valdostane craft exhibition, typical dishes and folklore music.

On this occasion, while walking through the streets of the ancient Valgrisenche district, the homeland of the famous “drap” created with wool on hand looms, you can admire characters absorbed in the ancient flavour, which is still much alive in today’s local population, who jealously protect their culture and traditions.

Then, to please the palate, visitors are offered samples of typical dishes from local, country tradition, because food is also part of the culture.
