Circular walk in the heart of “Méttelteil”, which is this part of valley between Gressoney-Saint-Jean and Gressoney-La-Trinité, at the discovery of the Walser culture and of the alpine agriculture through beautiful villages and superb views of Mont Rosa. We start from Tschemenoal and we walk up to the Walser villages Chaschtal, Tschòcke and Biela, before reaching Alpenzu Grande. Here we meet Federico, who takes us to his field, in order to show and explain us the particularities of mountain agriculture. In Stefano Linty’s mountain pasture we can then taste some good local cheese, before returning to Tschemenoal.
