FOREST BATHING
Forest bathing, tune your rhythm to that of Nature.

Imagine youself walking in a forest in a perfect silence listening to the sound of wind and and smelling the scent of resin, making a hike through fir and larch trees. Imagine yourself touching the bark of these trees with your fingers and close your eyes to improve concentration. Breath deeply, in serch of the contact with yourself. A magical experince of deep connection with nature.

Time and meeting place: 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. in the afternoon. Rhêmes-Notre-Dame
Time of the excursion: 3 hours
Difference in height :100 metres max
Difficulty: T/E (suitalble for families)
Number of participants: 8 persons
Clothing equipment and recommended materisls: layered clothing, confortable trekking shoes (better trekking boots)
In case of bad weather: the guide will contact the participants the day before. The guide can also change the itinerary or cancel the excursion
