Se ami il vino e il buon cibo, prepara i calici! L’Associazione Italiana Sommelier Valle d’Aosta compie un cinquant’anni e festeggia il suo anniversario con due giorni di eventi imperdibili presso La Grandze ed il Castello di Aymavilles.

Venerdì 31 maggio presentazione della Guida Vitae 2024, con la partecipazione di esperti del settore come Rudy Sandi, Mauro Carosso (Presidente AIS Piemonte) e Simone Loguercio (Miglior Sommelier d’Italia 2019). Nel pomeriggio, appassionati e professionisti potranno approfondire le loro conoscenze con due imperdibili Masterclass: una dedicata al Nebbiolo condotta da Mauro Carosso e l’altra al Brunello di Montalcino tenuta da Simone Loguercio.
La giornata si conclude con la finale del concorso “Miglior Sommelier Valle d’Aosta 2024” e un brindisi finale per celebrare la Giornata del Sommelier.

Sabato 1 giugno dedicati al piacere della degustazione: passeggia tra gli stand di produttori valdostani e assaggia i loro vini, birre, distillati e prodotti tipici locali.

All’interno del castello, Masterclass di alto livello dedicate a grandi zone vitivinicole del mondo come Bordeaux, Borgogna e Mosella, condotte da rinomati esperti del settore come Nicola Bonera, Roberto Marro e Armando Castagno. Per gli amanti dei vini rari e preziosi, sarà presente un banco di assaggio gestito dal CERVIM con vini da viticoltura eroica provenienti da tutto il mondo. 

Un’occasione unica per celebrare la cultura del vino e scoprire le eccellenze enogastronomiche della Valle d’Aosta
