Local food markets and cooking show
Markets of agricultural and food products of the Aosta Valley.
Each event offers a thematic focus on a particular food product and includes a “show cooking”, a demonstration of cuisine by chefs from Aosta Valley.
100 seats will be reserved to the public jury that will taste and evaluate the dishes and their pairings with the drinks of Aosta Valley.
