A country house dating back to 1700 and recently renovated, located within a 12,000 square meter estate, partly set up as a lawn and partly as an orchard. An avenue of walnuts and a hedge of over 100 red rose plants leads from the entrance gate to the house.
Although the house is located only less than a kilometer from the historic center of Aosta, from its windows you can enjoy a view of the green meadows and the surrounding mountains, the Becca di Nona and the Emilius to the south, the Rutor to the west.
The three bedrooms, furnished with simple rustic antique furniture, all have a private bathroom with a shower.
A large porch, which connects the B&B to the owners’ home, allows you to enjoy the view in the tranquility of the greenery, in the shade on hot summer days and sheltered if it rains.
The guests’ cars can be parked inside the property next to those of the owners.

Uscita autostradale Aosta Est. Seguire per Aosta, percorrendo tutta la strada a grande circolazione, ignorare l’indicazione a destra per il centro e proseguire sempre dritto sino ad incrociare un prima rotonda e una seconda in corrispondenza di un grande incrocio e dell’ospedale regionale.
Qui svoltare a destra e imboccare la strada statale 27 per il Gran San Bernardo, percorrerla sino ad incontrare dopo circa 800 metri, sulla sinistra, al numero civico 65, un grande cancello, che si apre sulla tenuta.

La stazione ferroviaria più vicina si trova ad Aosta.
E’ possibile raggiungere la struttura con linea urbana (linea 4 fermata Saraillon).
