Pra-Su-Piaz - Bruno Jeantet’s Farm
Alpine fontina, butter, reblec cheese, various toma cheeses, yoghurt, ricotta and cream.
The farm shop is in Cogne and is open all year round; the shop in the pasture is open from June to the end of September.
The farm can be visited for free all year round upon reservation to be made by e-mail or telephone at least 2 days in advance for groups with more than 10 people.
The visit includes a tour of the cattle stable and the cheese aging cellar.
During the summer, from 10th June to 30th September, it is also possible to visit the Prasupiaz pasture in Valnontey (from Valnontey, continue on foot for about 20 minutes on a comfortable level path on the left orographic side of the valley, shortly after Leutta, which can be recognised due to the presence of a bar/guest house).
Tastings cost €5 per person, inc. VAT.

Just after exiting the town of Cogne you will find the farm on the right, a little further down the road that leads to Valnontey.
