Description of the route
Take the easy hunting route (18B) from the Vittorio Sella refuge to reach Lac Lauson. Continue along the path that crosses the right side of the Valnontey, as far as the Herbetet lodges. The trail goes along steep, exposed slopes and requires caution (there is a short section with fixed ropes and stairs). The crossing is recommended for expert hikers only.
