La Cantina di Cunéaz Nadir Winery
Wine - GressanThis small winery is located in Gressan, on the outskirts of Aosta. Established in 2009, the winery rests its foundations on the family’s agricultural business, managed first by Nadir's grandfather and then by his father and which, in fact, until 2009 aimed essentially at self-consumption.
With a few thousand bottles produced, they apply a kind of agriculture that respects the environment and the ecosystem as much as possible, for which the plants do not experience the use of synthetic herbicides or pesticides, but are treated exclusively with copper and sulfur, on average four or five times a season. In the winery, they follow a philosophy aligned with the choices that are implemented in the vineyard: the use of sulphites is reduced to the bare minimum, winemaking does not require the use of additional adjuvants and fermentations are spontaneous in order to enhance the characteristics of the grapes and the Terroir. Natural wines, not in recognition or legislative certification, but, more importantly, natural in their substance. Petit Rouge, Vien de Nus, Fumin and Vuillermin are the natives, Pinot Noir, Moscato, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer are the internationals: Grapes that have labels originating from vines planted over a century ago. Bottles that are the fruit of love and an unconditional passion for the land and the origins.

Lo Triolet Winery
Wine - IntrodThe company is located on the edge of the Gran Paradiso National Park, at the entrance to the Rhêmes and Valsavarenche Valleys.
The winery led by Marco Martin is characterized by a great passion for the cultivation of the vineyard which is typical of the Valdostan vignerons.
Production has gone from the initial 1.000 to the current 60.000 bottles, thanks to the cultivation of vineyards located in various municipalities of Valle d’Aosta at an altitude ranging from 550 to 900 metres.
The range of wines is quite vast, but the winery has grown thanks to its Pinot gris.
On the one hand, the Valle d’Aosta territory - with its variety of soils, exposures and altitudes - allows the cultivation of different vines; on the other hand, the desire to experiment involves the planting of new vineyards and therefore the production of numerous labels of wine.
The important awards achieved over the years suggest that we are working in the right direction and encourage us to further improve our work, both in the vineyard and in the winery.

Wine - IssogneThe vineyards are the family’s vineyards: six thousand square meters split up into small plots located near the Bocoueil stream. The grandfather’s pergola system hosts 'anciens cépages' with old vines of Nebbiolo, Barbera, Merlot, Dolcetto, Freisa, Cornalin, Mayolet and Neyret. The most functional vineyards, redeveloped in a special way in the countryside, have French clones of Merlot.
The management of the vineyards, carried out in a responsible manner in a healthy artisanal manner, gives rise to two wines both rich in personality. Bocoueil is the traditional wine produced by using the grapes of the old family vineyard. Here, different varieties combine to form a symbol of sincere authenticity. A wine that looks to the past, which proudly claims its peasant origins.
The articulated mosaic that makes up the profile of Rouge Tonen is, on the contrary, generated from Merlot grapes vinified alone
