The Toma di Gressoney cheese is the protagonist of this afternoon dedicated to flavours: it is a highly regarded table cheese, which is worked directly on the mountain pastures of the Lys valley and in the centre of the valley using traditional methods.
The village’s centre will be animated by tastings of Gressoney’s typical cheese, music, workshops and a small market dedicated to local products, as well as some surprises!
