For several years now, yoga has become a regular highlight in Chamois, a charming village in the Matterhorn Valley accessible only by cable car.

Join Silvia for weekend sessions: one on Saturday and one on Sunday, held on the panoramic terrace of the Chamois playground, conveniently located near the cable car arrival station.

The practice is open to everyone, experienced practitioners, beginners, and children over 6 years old (accompanied by an adult).

• Requirements: Please bring your own yoga mat.
• Health & Safety: Participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver confirming they are in good health for physical activity.
