The typical Jour et Nuit restaurant is located along the regional road that goes up to Torgnon in the hamlet of Verney, and it is run by Katia, her children and the chef Iguilem who takes care of the Valle d’Aosta cuisine by revisiting it. A selection of pizzas made with highly digestible flour, homemade pasta, meat from Valle d’Aosta (Arev) and zero km cheeses enrich the menu.
