A creative cuisine of land and sea uses local products grown in the hotel’s organic garden and reinterprets old traditional Valdostan recipes. Weather permitting, you can dine on the beautiful terrace overlooking the *Gran Paradiso *glacier.
The wine cellar of the Bellevue restaurant and the Petit Restaurant offers 1600 labels (about 18,000 bottles), where you’ll find traditional producers with the most famous labels in the world and smaller ones, less known but equally interesting.
In 2017, in 2018 and again in 2019 Wine Spectator, the prestigious American magazine specialized in wine culture, awarded the Best of Award of Excellence with 2 glasses to the Petit Bellevue wine list.
In 2019 Rino Billia, our sommelier, won the second edition of the prestigious Michelin “Passion for Wine” Award.
