Aosta Est motorway exit. Follow directions for Aosta, taking the main road. At the third traffic light (roadsign for Pila), turn left and go straight ahead towards Pollein at the roundabout near the motorway underpass. After crossing the bridge you will come to a second roundabout.
Turn left here and pass through Pollein. After a few kilometres you will come to another roundabout. Turn left and take the road for Pila. At around 18 kilometres, beyond the municipality of Charvensod and after several curves, you will reach Pila, a hamlet in the municipality of Gressan. The Chacaril hotel can be found just before the ski resort’s large car-park, on the right.

The nearest railway station is in Aosta. Pila can also be reached by cable car from Aosta; the pick-up point is near the station.
