Rochefort is located in the middle of Val Ferret at a height of 1700 meters immersed in the green of the larches and firs that define its borders. Its southern exposure guarantees sun from morning til evening.
The area is located in a hunting reserve and during the summer it is a pasture for cows. Behind it is the Dome de Rochefort, the Grand Jorasses glacier and Mont Blanc. Rochefort is the ideal place to spend a few days in the midst of nature away from the chaos of the city and a place to rediscover yourself through meditation and the discovery of simple things.
During the summer it is possible to stay from 2 to 5 nights with the Bed and Breakfast formula in a typical Valle d’Aosta cabin equipped with 4 beds plus an additional bed, a wood stove, kitchenette and bathroom with a shared shower. Continental breakfast is served in the main cabin where the owner lives. The whole facility is powered by solar panels.
