It has a living room with double sleeping sofa, television and DVD player, a separate kitchen with 4 vitro ceramic hobs, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, boiler, toaster, a bed room with bunks, a renovated bath room with shower, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer, a balcony with view on the Matterhorn with deckchairs (during summer you are allowed to put them on the common grass field on the backside of the condominium) and a ski-locker.

From the condominium you can ski in and out. From the backdoor next to the elevator, there is a track connecting Condominium Schuss 1 to run 16. This run takes you to the departure of the cable car. Skiing down run 7 (Ventina) and then run 13 you will get back to the chairlift Cielo Alto, which is only a few meters away from the apartment. Eventually the more experienced skiers can take an off-piste track to the backdoor of Schuss1.
Beginners can either take the ski bus stopping right in front of the house or their own car.
At 100 m you will find the Bar/Restaurant Even , a ski rental with ski pass ticket office , a pizzeria where it is possible to buy some essential food and fresh bread
