Goat cheese and goat’s milk derivatives: toma cheese, cheese with walnuts, with almonds and with génépy liqueur, fresh tomini cheese, tronchetti cheese, ricotta cheese, primo sale cheese, butter, yoghurt, fudge and fudge with brown sugar, cocoa and sesame seeds.
The products are sold directly in the dairy from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. during the winter months upon reservation.
The dairy farm can be visited all year round upon telephone reservation to be made at least 15 days in advance. The tour of the dairy lasts one hour and it is also possible to taste the products.

How to get there
From Villeneuve head towards Introd. At the junction between the Rhêmes and Valsavarenche valleys, follow the signs to Valsavarenche. The winter stable is in the hamlet of Rovenaud whereas the dairy and the summer stable is in Dégioz, just outside of the built-in area.
