From 1st July to 11th September 2022, the on-call transport service is back, dedicated to all hikers, known as the Gran Paradiso Trek-Bus.

The Trek-Bus enables all tourists and hikers to reach the valleys of Gran Paradiso without the need of a car, thus promoting sustainable transport. It also offers circular routes in the area of Gran Paradiso and ensures an easy and immediate return for those climbing a mountain pass through to an adjacent valley.

The Trek-Bus links the lower municipalities of the Gran Paradiso valley, Aymavilles, Villeneuve, Introd and Arvier, with those of Cogne, Valsavarenche, Rhêmes-Saint-Georges, Rhêmes-Notre-Dame and Valgrisenche.

The Trek-Bus service is available from 6 am to 8 pm at bus stops.
It is possible to request stops not at the bus stops at a cost of € 2 / km.

This service integrates rather than substitutes the public bus network.

Tickets cost € 5 one way between the municipalities at the bottom of the valley and € 29 one way from one valley to another one. The price remains the same for all numbers of persons (maximum 8).
