Building located in the center of Brusson, the result of a 2005 renovation of the former Alpine Hotel.
Of the 8 apartments, some have exposed roofs. The structure is 100 m from the Town Hall and is close to the convenient municipal parking area. Near the apartments there is also the international cross-country ski trail as well as the playground for children and teenagers located near the Brusson lake. Uscita autostradale di Verrès: alla rotonda si segue per la Valle d’Ayas e dopo un centinaio di metri si svolta sulla sinistra. Si prosegue lungo la valle e si superano i comuni di Challand-Saint-Victor, Challand-Saint-Anselme e si raggiunge il comune di Brusson. La struttura è situata nel centro del paese.
