Located in Runaz, a charming hamlet of Avise, along the central axis of the Aosta Valley, the bed & breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, one of which can accommodate a third bed. The property is located in an old 19th-century building, renovated in 2008 while maintaining the architectural pecularities of the ancient building.

Aosta Ovest-Aymavilles motorway exit. At the motorway exit carry straight on towards Aosta until you reach the traffic light: here turn left and carry on along strada statale 26 (main road) towards Monte Bianco going past Sarre castle on your right and passing the towns of Saint-Pierre, Villeneuve and Arvier.
After Arvier, keeping to the main road, go past three tunnels until Runaz

The nearest train station is in Runaz (Avise).
