The Oberteil Residential Complex is situated at the entrance to the small town of Gressoney-La-Trinité, just a few metres from the Monterosa Ski resort ski-lift pick-up point.
It features an enviable position: from here, the view embraces a unique mountain scenario which ranges from the majestic peaks of the Mount Rosa Glacier to the lark woods, pastures and prairies that distinguish the High Lys Valley.
Here, those with a sweet tooth will have their appetites whetted by the ever well stocked "shop window" of homemade cakes and pastries prepared by the chefs.
There is also a rich selection of local aromatic and plain spirits.
After a long day spent on the slopes or on the Valley tracks, you can have some well-earned peace and quiet, relaxing in our fitness room.
To stay in shape, you can also spend a little time in our small gym, set in a warm rustic setting.

Pont-Saint-Martin motorway exit. At the A5 Pont-Saint-Martin exit, turn right in the direction of Turin. Turn left at the first roundabout and follow directions for the Gressoney valley. Go into the built-up area of Pont-Saint-Martin and after approximately 500 metres take the road which branches off to the right and carry on along the regional road of the valley of Gressoney.
Continue past the municipalities of Lillianes, Fontainemore, Issime, Gaby and Gressoney-Saint-Jean. The residential complex is situated on the left as you enter the centre of Gressoney-La-Trinité.

The nearest railway station is in Pont-Saint-Martin.
