L’edificio è situato nella Valtournenche nel comune di Antey Saint Andrè in frazione Cerian, ed esso comprende tre bilocali composti di camera matrimoniale, soggiorno-pranzo, bagno. L’edificio è stato recentemente ristrutturato mantenendo le sue caratteristiche originale di casa rustica valdostana in pietra e legno con tetto in lose. Quindi pur mantenendo esternamente un aspetto tipico è dotato al suo interno di molti confort tipici della vita moderna. (TV – TV SAT - WIFI – riscaldamento autonomo – cucina attrezzata – lavastoviglie, ecc.). In soggiorno si trova un divano letto che consente di far pernottare fino a 4 persone complessivamente. Gli appartamenti sono adatti sia a turisti da fine settimana sia per permanenze più prolungate. La vicinanza con le principali stazioni sciistiche invernali quali Cervinia – Valtournenche – Torgnon - La Magdeleine – Chamois. Consentono sia a gruppi di giovani che a famiglie un confortevole soggiorno. La Valtournenche è anche meta di soggiorni estivi finalizzati soprattutto alle escursioni, alla attività alpinistica di quota e ad altre attività sportive a carattere escursionistico. La località di Cerian si trova ad offrire un ambiente appartato e lontano dai “rumori” delle località più blasonate. L’offerta quindi è mirata a coprire l’intero anno.

For those arriving from Turin or Aosta: Chatillon - Saint Vincent motorway exit. Leaving the highway, continue on the SS. 26 towards Turin following the signs for Cervinia. Take the SS 26 and pass two galleries at the roundabout take the S.R. n. 46 on the right for Valtournenche. Just before Km 7 of the S.R. at the beginning of the town of Antey Saint André, turn left (signs Cerian) and cross a bridge over the Marmore stream. Continue for about 500 meters to the square with the Cerian fountain clearly visible on the left, continuing for another 15 meters on the right to park in the private square. Walk inside the hamlet to the Cerian holiday home at no. 27 / a.

The closest train station is in Chatillon. An urban bus line (551 - 503) connects the station with the localities of Valtournenche. You need to get off at the “Antey Moulin” stop near the junction bridge on the Marmore for Cerian.
