At 9 km from Fontainemeore, at the foot of the Natural Reserve of Mont Mars, at Coumarial, on the left side of Lys river, there is an equiped area with restaurant, rentals, nature guides and ski school.

From here starts the cross-country trails and 12 km of excursionism paths along forest roads which develop also on  Lillianes municipality.

• 7,0 km loop Coumarial - medium difficulty
