The event is part of the BorghiAmo initiative, a calendar of entertainment proposals in various locations in the Aosta Valley, all belonging to the family of the Italian “Cities of Wine”.

• Motzetta marinated with small summer mixed salad and hazelnut mayonnaise
• Potato and porcini mushroom millefeuille with Toma di Gressoney DOP fondue
• Ravioli del plin with Donnas DOC wine reduction and crunchy Parmigiano Reggiano
• Larded pork tenderloin with Donnas DOC "Napoléon" sauce and small seasonal ratatouille
• Saffron Panna Cotta with fresh strawberries
