The café-restaurant Colle Betta is located in the heart of the local ski resort at an altitude of 2731 metres on the Colle Bettaforca, which relies the Gressoney and the Ayas valleys. It is therefore reachable only by cable car, on foot, by mountain bike, on skis or with snowshoes.
The cuisine offer specialities from the local tradition, which have been reinterpreted according to the modern techniques, as well as delicious long leavening pizzas.
