The Wood opened in November 2013, The dishes offered are created with local products at their maximum expression without forgetting the rest of Italy, Sweden and even a touch of Asian. Planning and organization are the basis and probably the most important work. The name of the place recalls the place where we come from. The Swedish mountains and forests, where the passion for cooking began, a material that we love and that we also used to decorate the restaurant.
