Vox Nexus: Alta Via Op.1
The “Vox Nexus” Vocal Quartet is a male ensemble that explores a cappella singing as a musical journey through the centuries: the polyphonic textures of Thomas Tallis and Tomás Luis de Victoria serve as the starting point for this journey, which, as it travels through time, encounters composers such as Felix Mendelssohn, Francis Poulenc, and Billy Joel. And so each concert becomes a narrative journey in which eras, styles, and places converge, demonstrating how the human voice—in its purity and communicative power—remains the most direct and universal musical instrument of all time.
“Vox Nexus” is composed of:
Angelo Bezza and Mathieu Grange – Tenors
Leonardo Dragotto – Baritone
Christian Chouquer – Bass
