Time and meeting place: 9.30 am Ermitage car park
Description of the route: departure from Ermitage, a hamlet of Courmayeur at 1470 meters above sea level, and return along a pleasant path which reconnects to the initial stretch in the last quarter.
Other useful information: packed lunch recommended, to be paid for by the participants. Excursion can be done on different and additional dates, agreed with the guide, upon explicit request of individuals or groups.

The itinerary that connects the old pastures of La Suche and Tirecorne represents a natural viewpoint on Mont Blanc.
Starting from Ermitage, a charming and small cluster of huts located in the municipality of Courmayeur, you will climb among larches and spruces with a view that will appear ever more fascinating to you. You will first reach the Tirecorne mountain pasture and then La Suche: two real natural terraces, with a panorama that ranges from the Mont Blanc to the Jorasses, which will also allow you to admire ancient legacies of mountain life.
The excursion will be carried out in complete safety: participants will be equipped with an avalanche self-rescue kit (artva, shovel and probe) and the Guide will carry out a useful demonstration on its use.
Estimated walking time: semicircular route, approximately 4h30 min excluding breaks
Elevation gain: about 500 meters
Difficulty: WT3 (demanding excursion with snowshoes)
Number of participants: minimum 6, maximum 8;
Recommended clothing, equipment and materials: mountain boots or other footwear suitable for this type of excursion, layered warm clothing, hat, gloves, backpack, hot drink, sunglasses, sun cream.
In case of bad weather: for technical, meteorological or organizational reasons, the planned itinerary could undergo changes or modifications decided by the guide without however altering the characteristics and essence of the excursion. In case of bad weather, such as to make the safety conditions fail, the event will be cancelled and postponed to another date: it will be the responsibility of the guide to warn the participants by the previous evening.
