- 4th September: starting from Coumarial (Fontainemore). Climb to the Coda refuge and overnight stay.
- 5th September: Descent toward Oropa and overnight stay at the Sanctuary hostel
- 6th September: Ascent to Monte Camino and to the Barma d’Oropa. Descent to Barma refuge and overnight stay
- 7th September: return to Coumarial

The association Sirdar Montagne et Aventure organises an exciting adventure to live outside of home, in the heart of the Mont Mars nature reserve. The itinerary starts from the hamlet Coumarial, to the Coda refuge, up to Oropa, with its historic sanctuary.The kids will live the magical experience of a night in the hostel, and then up towards Monte Camino and Monte Oropa, to reach the village of Fontainemore coming from the Barma refuge. An unusual and very particular itinerary, along paths of faith, surrounded by extraordinary landscapes, sometimes wrapped in the charm of the fog. An exciting experience not to be missed …with rucksack on the back.
- Age: from 13 to 16 years
- Difficulty: E (for hikers)
- Recommended clothing and equipment: suitable clothing for hiking, trekking shoes or boots, trail running sneakers. Rucksack with packed lunch, drinks, waterproof/windproof jacket, sunglasses.
