Hunting for the bear

An educational-experiential activity dedicated to very young children. An opportunity for free exploration of the spaces, accompanied by educational proposals led by a MAV museum educator.

The illustrated book ‘La caccia dell'orso - Hunting for the bear’ allows young participants to venture along a sensory trail on the ground, to be experienced barefoot or crawling. An experience to sensitively discover the main raw materials of Valdostan handicrafts. An activity of manipulation and discovery of matter and the two sensations, of spatial exploration and linguistic sounds.

These moments of sharing are optional: children and their carers can choose not to participate, continuing to freely explore and manipulate objects and spaces. An educator is always present during the opening hours to offer information, accompany the explorations and lead the sharing moments.
