Description of the itinerary: it starts from Challancin, a hamlet of the municipality of La Salle, along a comfortable farm road up to the Arpilles pasture. From here you take the path that alternates soft climbs at times a little steeper up to the spectacular Col du Bard. The descent is on the same path as the ascent.
Other useful information: packed lunch at the expense of the participant.
The temperature can vary throughout the day. At the start it could be even a few degrees below zero and then rise during the excursion.

Beautiful snowshoe hike through conifer woods and meadows up to one of the most beautiful viewpoints on Mont Blanc and Valdigne. Little known and popular places that become almost enchanted.

Recommended clothing, equipment and materials.
Necessary: hiking boots, down jacket, windproof and / or rainproof jacket, winter trekking pants, backpack, hat, water bottle with hot drink, sunscreen, sunglasses. Recommended: poles, camera and binoculars.
