Mater Demetra, nature itinerary and forest bathing

Easy nature itinerary in the forests of Jovençan with an assisted E-MtB of 2 hours: you will ride along the Grand Ru and the Ru d'Arberioz, reaching the access to the Pompiod quarry; then you will reach the Côte de Gargantua and, depending on the type of group, you could also reach the villages at high altitude in the municipality of Jovençan.
Followed by a 1h30 "Forest Bathing" appointment with a TeFFIt qualified conductor, registered in the national register.
