Each event includes a thematic focus and a show cooking made by Aosta Valley Chefs.
60 seats will be reserved to the public jury that will taste and evaluate the dishes and their pairings with the wines of Aosta Valley.

• 5pm: Show Cooking with the Chef Giuseppe Cardullo and his staff of the Romantic Hotel Jolanda Sport of Gressoney-La-Trinité
