February snowshoes hike

We will immerse ourselves, even walking outside the paths, in sensorial exploration. 
Through the natural elements of the valley with which we will come into contact, using easy exercises and tricks, we will give new space to the senses less used in everyday life. 
You are asked to turn off your phones during the entire duration of the excursion.
