VEGETATION
Jungwald aus Kiefern mit dazwischen gestreuten Lärchen und vereinzelten Tannen. Es gibt auch einige Laubbäume wie Weide und Zitterpappel. Das Unterholz besteht aus Wacholder, Gänsedistel, Berberitze, Geißblatt und Heckenrose.

ANFAHRT Man gelangt hierhin, indem man die Straße fährt, die von Sarre bis zur Siedlung Ville-sur-Sarre ansteigt und weiter zur Ortschaft Bellon führt.

AUSSICHT VON DEM GEBIET AUS
Richtung Süden befinden sich der Monte Grivola und der Grand Nomenon, im Westen kann man dagegen den Mont Emilius sehen.

AUSFLÜGE • In der Nähe des Gebiets kann man auf dem Wanderweg, der zur Becca France und weiter zum Lac Fallère führt den Mont Fallère erreichen und dann besteigen.

Les Fleurs d’Aquilou restaurant in Sarre is located at 1650 metres in the village of Thouraz, in a panoramic position with a splendid view. The cuisine is typical of Aosta Valley and spontaneous and cultivated products are used.

For as long as 40 years, "Trattoria di Campagna" has offered dishes based on typical regional products, but not only ; it also offers, based on seasonal availability, porcini mushrooms, truffles, asparagus, recipes such as bagna cauda and boiled meat.
The Cortese family takes care of the kitchen and of the dining room in order to make their restaurant customers feel like home.

The pizza restaurant offers rich, but light pizzas, including four gourmet pizzas. Fish is the main dish of the menu, both in the appetizers and in the first and second courses, but the menu also offers meat.

Das „Café Le Pommier” ist ideal für  ein schnelles und leckeres Mittagessen.
