• 12:30 After a short walk in the characteristic village of Chamois, lunch at the Chez Pierina Restaurant (Chamois) with a menu based on typical products (Valdostan cold cuts, tomini in green sauce, marinated savoy cabbage with anchovies and chestnuts, accompanied by home made jams - Polenta with cheese or smooth with three types of meat - Homemade dessert water, wine and coffee).
