From la Barmaz you go up to Cheneil where the path starts that leads to the vault of the Fontanafreida hill and the Sanctuary of Clavalité. A traverse and various shelves, with ponds and water jumps lead to the Col di Nannaz (2772 m), overlooking the Ayas valley and Monte Rosa. Upon returning, you can pass through the Col des Fontaines and descend to Cheneil.
