YogaMonterosa Festival
Since 2016, every year the Yogamonterosa association, headed by Hub Champoluc asd, organizes and promotes the Yogamonterosa Festival in the summer - in collaboration and synergy with organizations and activities in the area: an event aimed at promoting the area through yoga and similar activities , in nature.
Now in its ninth edition in Val d'Ayas, the YogaMonterosa Festival returns on 8 and 9 June to Champoluc.
Two days of practices that include yoga, yoga trekking, qigong, meditation, shinrin-yoku, tai chi, aikido and practices with Tibetan bells in the Monterosaspa auditorium and adjacent spaces.
