Journées de la Francophonie - Special screening of « Notre-Dame de Paris » by Jean Delannoy

As part of the Journées de la Francophonie, and in anticipation of architect Jean Villeneuve's visit, the Alliance Française Vallée d'Aoste is offering a special screening of the film adaptation of Victor Hugo's novel. The feature film recounts life in Paris in the 15th century and the intertwined destinies of Esmeralda and Quasimodo, played respectively by Gina Lollobrigida and Anthony Quinn, combining drama, passion and narrative intensity in the majestic setting of Notre-Dame Cathedral.
